The Development Bureau and the Construction Industry Council are co-organising Construction Safety Week 2021 between 2 and 6 August 2021 with the aim of continuing to promote and reinforce the “Zero Accident” message to industry stakeholders. “Safety x Smart Site” is the main theme for Construction Safety Week 2021.
Construction Safety Week Conference is one of the featured events. The target audience for the morning session includes management from government departments, employers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors, while the afternoon session is targeted at frontline practitioners such as safety officers and site supervisors. The aim is to unite the efforts of all stakeholders to jointly promote and work towards achieving the target of “Zero Accident” in the construction industry.
